The Joseph H. Neal Health Collaborative is a nonprofit organization committed to providing comprehensive healthcare services to our community. Our range of services encompasses testing for HIV, STIs, Hepatitis C, and Syphilis.

We offer treatment options for STIs and Syphilis, and for individuals diagnosed with HIV or Hepatitis C, we provide valuable referral assistance to ensure they receive appropriate treatment.

Additionally, we provide access to PrEP medication for preventive care. Beyond testing and treatment, we specialize in connecting individuals with medical, dental, mental health, and social services as needed.
